- Biscuits -

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 C flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 stick frozen butter
  • 3/4 C milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Grate in frozen butter and mix.
  3. Add wet ingredients and mix together to a shaggy dough.
  4. Shape the dough into balls, around the size of a golfball for small and a computer mouse for large. Space around 1.5 inches apart on sheet.
  5. Bake 15 minutes for small biscuits and 20 for large.

- Pancake Batter -

Ingredients:

  • 1 C flour
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 C milk
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 egg

Instructions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients first, then wet.
