- Biscuits -
Ingredients:
- 1.5 C flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 stick frozen butter
- 3/4 C milk
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients. Grate in frozen butter and mix.
- Add wet ingredients and mix together to a shaggy dough.
- Shape the dough into balls, around the size of a golfball for small and a computer mouse for large. Space around 1.5 inches apart on sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes for small biscuits and 20 for large.
- Pancake Batter -
Ingredients:
- 1 C flour
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 C milk
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 1 egg
Instructions:
- Mix dry ingredients first, then wet.
