- Greek Chicken Marinade -

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 C olive oil
  • 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic pow
  • 2 tsp dry oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in gallon baggie, then marinate chickeen in fridge for at least 2 hours.

- Rosemary Lime Shrimp -

Ingredients:

  • shrimp
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1 lime (juice and zest)
  • 2 Tbsp rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp orange juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a zip-lock bag with the shrimp. Marinate in the refrigerator for two horus.
  2. I usually would grill the shrimp on skewers, but pan frying works too.
