- Greek Chicken Marinade -
Ingredients:
- 1/4 C olive oil
- 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic pow
- 2 tsp dry oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in gallon baggie, then marinate chickeen in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Rosemary Lime Shrimp -
Ingredients:
- shrimp
- 2 Tbsp parsley
- 1 lime (juice and zest)
- 2 Tbsp rosemary
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp orange juice
- salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients together in a zip-lock bag with the shrimp. Marinate in the refrigerator for two horus.
- I usually would grill the shrimp on skewers, but pan frying works too.
